The present invention relates to a cellulose ether additive which can be used for a cement mortar for extrusion molding and a cement mortar composition for extrusion molding containing the same. The cellulose ether additive according to the present invention is prepared by mixing hydroxyalkyl alkyl cellulose with hydroxyalkyl cellulose, wherein the usage of such additives delays the setting time of extrusion mortar, thereby extending the accelerative bonding time of the cement mortar through the securing of production time, at the same time enabling a maintenance of formability and a clean surface.
