A tea manufacturing method using bamboo is disclosed. The tea manufacturing method using bamboo comprises: a step for preparing a bamboo cut into a constant length; a step for preparing dried tea leaves; a step for filling the bamboo with the tea leaves; a step for roasting the bamboo filled with the tea leaves over a fire; a step for cutting a part of the bamboo roasted along the longitudinal direction of the bamboo; and a step for drying the tea leaves within the bamboo in which the part is cut at room temperature. |
