The present invention relates to a WHDI wireless transmission and reception apparatus which transmits and receives data using a WHDI technique. The WHDI wireless transmission and reception apparatus includes a USB port which wirelessly transmits a control signal with video and audio signals in order to actively response to the amount of transmitted data, and selectively transmits and receives a HDMI signal or VGA signal.
