The connector has a wire guide comprising a rear wall and a positioning unit to position conducting threads of a cable. A front part includes self-stripping contacts traversing or cutting sheaths of the conducting threads positioned on notches of the positioning unit to establish a contact. The front part includes operation flaps to move the guide toward the contacts. A support (20) is placed between the notches in a plane containing an axis passing through bottom of the notches. The rear wall includes a side wall (30) whose free edge is provided with a notch (31) to engage and grip a drain.
