The present invention removes a device for drying food wastes by using sunlight energy without electricity and removing odor generated during a drying operation. A double-layers outer wall of a polycarbonate material and a ceiling of a translucent material enable a user to check the inside of a facility from the outside. Air is discharged through an air outlet made of a double-layers material enabling the air to flow in the outer wall of the polycarbonate material.
