PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a scroll fluid machine capable of returning lubrication oil leaked from a main bearing to an oil sump while preventing the same from contacting with a balancer without causing enlargement of a main bearing diameter and strength deterioration of a main shaft.SOLUTION: The scroll fluid machine comprises a balancer cover 80 in which a hollow part 81 surrounding the outer periphery of a first balancer 31 and an oil receiving part 82 are formed integrally. The oil receiving part is formed in a manner that it projects inward from the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part to cover the upper part of the first balancer 31 and an end portion of the same lies at the outer periphery of the main shaft 30. In the main shaft 30 or a sleeve 61 rotating with the main shaft 30, on an outer peripheral portion between a main bearing 60a and the oil receiving part 82 of the balancer cover 80, there is provided an annular flange part 90 projecting outward to cover the end portion of the oil receiving part 82 as viewed in a plane, and the upper surface of the annular flange part 90 is formed in a tapered surface 91 which tilts downward according as advancing outward. |
