PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system by a printing medium which increases an attention degree with respect to the printing medium, reduces a complaint rate, and enhances the image of a company providing the printing medium.SOLUTION: A service provision system 10 is configured such that: a terminal device 110 of a user 100 reads out an identification display 310 included in a printing medium 300 and transmits identification information 320 corresponding to the identification display together with user information 111 to a management center 200 through a network 400; a processing unit 230 of the management center creates service information 231 corresponding to the service content included in the identification information 320 and transmits the service information 231 to a service provision unit 240; and the service provision unit 240 provides service corresponding to the service information. |
