PURPOSE: An optical sensor, a display device including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to sense the change of light by converting a sensing signal of a switch device according to capacitance of a sensing capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A sensing capacitor(Cnc) changes electrostatic capacity according to irradiation of light. A sensing switching device(Qs) includes a control terminal and outputs a sensing signal in response to a voltage which is applied to the control terminal. A sensing signal line is connected to an output terminal of the sensing switching device. A reset switching device(Qr) includes an output terminal which is connected to the control terminal.
