Embodiments of the present invention provide an information transmission method, an optical cross site and an information transmission system. The method comprises: an optical cross site obtaining management information; the optical cross site determining a service flow corresponding to the management information; and when the service flow requires optical cross processing, the optical cross site, according to a service flow direction of the service flow, determining a management information logic channel used for sending the management information, and sending the management information through the management information logic channel, wherein a direction in which the management information logic channel transmits information is consistent with the service flow direction of the service flow. The information transmission method, the optical cross site and the information transmission system in the embodiments of the present invention can avoid manual configuration of a channel path and avoid information flooding between sites.
