PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite encoded signal obtained by combining encoded signals encoded with a plurality of different parameters so that they can be decoded by a single decoding process.SOLUTION: An image decoding device comprises: an encoded signal composition unit 1 that combines a plurality of encoded signals in which a plurality of moving image signals are encoded respectively to generate a composite encoded signal; an image decoding unit 2 that decodes the composite encoded signal generated by the encoded signal composition unit 1 to generate a decoded image signal; and a decoded image distribution unit 3 that distributes the decoded image signal generated by the image decoding unit 2 to a plurality of systems to generate a plurality of distributed image signals. |
