PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately specify a call place of a system call generating performance degradation.SOLUTION: A log accumulation unit 130 acquires a system call log executed according to a system call in a large-scale distribution processing system 200. Then, an extraction unit 140 extracts a time required from a start to an end of the system call by using the system call log acquired by the log accumulation part 130. Also, a specification unit 150 specifies a delayed system call on the basis of the time extracted by the extraction unit 140 and specifies a call place of a system call generating performance degradation on the basis of call history corresponding to the system call.
