The rotor (1) has a rotor main portion designed as hollow shaft shape and made of a fiber composite material. The rotor main portion is provided with a hollow cylinder configured rotor base (2). The rotor base is made of the fiber composite material. A section of the rotor base is provided with a ferromagnetic wire (4) and circumferentially surrounded by the rotor base. The wire forms a wire winding (5). The wire is surrounded by a permanent magnet (6) or an electromagnet. The wire is arranged in a recess (3).
