This invention is specifically designed to increase speed of installation and reduce the cost of a fire and acoustic separation walls required for the construction of attached housing and units. The system reduces the number of components required to install a separating wall or floor whist keeping the individual weight of items to that they can be handled manually and reduces the thickness required to achieve desirable flex and creep. The separation system is laminated monocoque in construction to produce a light-weight structure for a given fire certification.
