摘要 Disclosed are a system and a method for installing multiple photodetectors on a robot and estimating the actual position of a robot by the strength of a signal transmitted from a light source unit. The method for estimating the position of the robot comprises a step of determining a relative position between the photodetectors installed on the robot; a step of estimating the position of the photodetectors by using light emitted from the light source unit; and a step of estimating the actual position of the robot by applying the relative position between the photodetectors to the estimated position of the photodetectors.
