<p>Disclosed is a method for controlling a battery assembly and a control device with which control to produce uniformity between cells constituting the battery assembly by performing charging/discharging can be achieved in a short time, with reduced energy loss. A control/management section (123) calculates the respective SOCs of the cells in a battery assembly (110), calculates the target movement amounts (?SOC) of the SOCs that are necessary in order to equalise these, outputs the cells that constitute the movement source and movement destination of the ?SOCs to a selector circuit (131), and connects the pairs of cells in question. Also, this control/management section (123) performs charging/discharging by outputting the ?SOCs to a charging/discharging circuit (132). In addition, this control/management section (123) inputs the current during charging/discharging from a monitoring section (121) and calculates the measured movement amount by time integration, and gives instructions to discontinue charging/discharging to the charging/discharging circuit (132) when the measured movement amount reaches the ?SOC.</p> |
