The present invention relates to a table lamp having a lighting function for a video call and a method for controlling and arranging an LED light source. A general table lamp function is provided by installing a portable device fixing device and a front lighting for a video call at a portion of a table lamp. When using a portable device as a video call, a self camera, or a digital mirror, a subject can be brightly and clearly transmitted, photographed or viewed, regardless of use environments. According to the present invention, a portable device coupling part is connected to one side end of a body part by a rotary fastener. The body part includes an outer body for functioning as an outer frame and supporting a rotary fastener, and a lighting lid part for preventing exposure and glare of an LED light source. A table lamp function is provided in such a manner that internal lighting LEDs passing through the internal lighting lid is used as a light source, and a lighting function for the video call is provided in such a manner that front lighting LEDs passing through a front lighting lid is used as a light source. Also, the table lamp includes a contact switch for sensing whether the portable device coupling part is rotated. When the body part and the portable device coupling part are integrated and used as the table lamp, the contact switch is turned on. In this case, the internal lighting LED is turned on and the front lighting LED is turned off at the same time. On the other hand, when the held portable device and the portable device coupling part are rotated and used as the lighting for the video call, the contact switch is turned off. In this case, the front lighting LED is turned on and the internal lighting LED is turned off at the same time. The internal lighting LED and the front lighting LED are configured to irradiate light in different directions. |
