A method for manufacturing filters includes filling in a mould of powder batch mixture comprising ground waste of metal-cutting production, and after molding the powder batch mixture – operations of pressing and sintering, while pressing operation is carried out as a quasi-static operation, and sintering is performed by self-propagating high temperature synthesis, in the case in the preparation of batch mixture in the metal powder a natural sorbent - saponite is added, and the batch mixture for manufacture of filters is composed of a titanium powder and saponite, in the ratio 40:60, wherein the batch mixture constituents are ground to a size of 0.1±0.063 mm. |
