A display device is provided to solve a problem that a contact sensing part of a touch screen panel for determining a contact manipulation based on the pressure applied from outside is damaged. A common electrode display panel(200) faces a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) display panel(100). A sensing electrode(196) is formed on the TFT substrate. A contact sensing protrusion(240) is formed to correspond to the sensing electrode. The contact sensing protrusion includes an organic substance and carbon nanotube. A plurality of pixel electrodes are formed on the TFT display panel, and a common electrode(270) is formed on the common electrode display panel. A column spacer(320) is provided between the TFT display panel and the common electrode display panel to support them. The contact sensing protrusion is formed on the common electrode. |
