Disclosed are a device for analyzing a vehicle manufacturing process and a method thereof. Disclosed is the method for analyzing the vehicle manufacturing process comprising: a step for enabling the device for analyzing the vehicle manufacturing process to receive component coordinate information, welding coordinate information, and jig coordinate information surrounding a position in which a manufacturing process error is generated from a user within a three-dimensional imaginary model of a vehicle body for a specific vehicle manufacturing process; a step for enabling the device for analyzing the vehicle manufacturing process to receive reason information of the manufacturing process error from the user; a step for enabling the device for analyzing the vehicle manufacturing process to generate first error analysis data based on the component coordinate information, the welding coordinate information, the jig coordinate information, and the reason information of the position in which the manufacturing process error is generated; and a step for enabling the device for analyzing the vehicle manufacturing process to display the first error analysis data to the user. |
