The present invention relates to a screw caulking device and, more specifically, to a screw caulking device capable of increasing the coupling force of a screw and preventing the screw from loosening through caulking before fastening the screw with an apparatus in order to prevent the screw from loosening due to deterioration of coupling force caused when the screw coupled to the apparatus is exposed to vibration and pressure for a long time after fastening the screw with the apparatus. The screw caulking device comprises: a chamber opened and closed by a chamber door to perform a screw caulking work and maintain cleanliness; a screw feeder supplying a screw in the chamber to a straight screw rail; a caulking device which includes a screw rail jig supporting the screw rail, a screw jig fixing the screw supplied from the screw rail to be caulked, and a caulking pin which directly caulks the screw and is slid by a cylinder and a cylinder connecting unit; a pneumatic regulator which transfers power to the cylinder and is controlled by the regulator controller; a display unit which displays the operation condition of the caulking device and the number of caulking work; a control box integrally controlling the caulking apparatus; and a screw container storing the screw left after caulking work in the caulking device. |
