METHOD FOR CORRECTING OF PHOSPHATE SOLUTION DOSES INTO BOILER WATER OF DRUM BOILERS

FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat-power engineering and can be used to correct doses of phosphate solution put into boiler water of drum boilers. Essence of the invention: phosphate solution is dosed by a dosing pump into the boiler water of drum boilers depending on the blowing rate. Specific conductivity of N-cationated samples of feed water and boiler water of a drum power boiler is measured. Concentration of phosphates in the formin the boiler water is calculated. Basing on the calculation results the phosphate solution doses are regulated by the dosing pump.EFFECT: improved accuracy of phosphate solution dosing into boiler water, improvement of chemical water treatment, improved efficiency of equipment performance.
