An antenna for a mobile communications base station according to the present invention comprises a reflection plate; and a first radiation element of a first frequency band, which is formed on the reflection plate. The first radiation element includes a slot structure formed directly on the reflection plate itself in an X-shaped hole shape as a whole and generating dual-polarized transmission signals having X-shapes intersecting with each other; and a metal patch plate installed on the top surface of the slot structure and insulated from the reflection plate.
