PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit that can make a circuit small-sized and a living tissue stimulation device provided with the semiconductor circuit.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor circuit, a level shift circuit for converting a signal of a first level of a first circuit having a first power source line and a first ground line into a signal of a second level of second circuit having a second power source line and a second ground line has a first current source connected to the first power source line to output current, a high-breakdown-voltage transistor for switching the presence/absence of an output of the current from the first current source by switching the conduction/non-conduction based on the signal of the first level, current-voltage conversion means for converting current into voltage to acquire a signal of the second level, and a clamp circuit formed by a first low-breakdown-voltage transistor for adjusting the current supplied through the high-breakdown-voltage transistor such that voltage to be converted by the current-voltage conversion means is equal to or less than voltage of the second power source line. |
