PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeder capable of preventing a suction nozzle from dropping off a component part during lifting operation of component part to reduce pickup errors.SOLUTION: The tape feeder includes a magnet member 40 that is provided extending in a pitch feeding direction of a carrier tape CT in a tape path 31 which is a path of the carrier tape CT so that a magnetic force acts on component parts 3 in the pockets Pt of the carrier tape CT passing thereabove. The magnet member 40 has a shape the width of which gets smaller toward the front side along a center line L of the pitch feeding direction of the pockets Pt so that component parts 3 in the pockets Pt of the carrier tape CT come to the center of the pockets Pt during passing through the tape path 31 toward a pickup position K. |
