PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an affiliate advertisement devised to promote a purchase action by guiding a person viewing a banner advertisement to an actual shop.SOLUTION: A user who has clicked a banner advertisement of an advertisement publication site is guided to an advertiser site and promoted to obtain a privilege certificate at the advertiser site. The privilege is given to the user when he purchases a product at an actual shop by presenting with the privilege certificate carried with him. As recorded information of the privilege certificate is read when the purchased product is paid for at a POS register terminal, the purchase information and a privilege certificate ID from the POS register terminal are transmitted to an affiliate advertisement management device from a POS server so as to calculate an advertisement fee to be paid to a banner advertiser on the basis of the purchase information. |
