The present invention relates to a concentrically rotating cleaner including a main body in which a push rod unit which a user grips is installed on one side; a driving unit rotating a driving shaft by being mounted on the main body; a counter rotation unit and a counter rotation shaft which rotate the driving shaft in the opposite direction to the driving shaft by being connected to the driving shaft of the driving unit; a first rotor rotated by being connected to the driving shaft; and a second rotor rotated by being connected to the counter rotation unit; and a center rotor in which one among the first rotor and the second rotor concentrically rotates in an outer rotor. The other one among the first rotor and the second rotor is the hollow outer rotor. The outer rotation unit includes a driving bevel gear, a driven bevel gear, and one or more satellite bevel gears transmitting rotation power of the driving bevel gear to the driven bevel gear.
