PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of inhibiting deterioration of rigidity of a rear surface side holding member.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal television device (a display device) 100 includes: a display panel 2 including a resin rear frame 4 which holds a light source 8a, a display part 2a, a reflection sheet 10, a light guide plate 12, and an optical sheet 13 from the rear surface side; and a substrate attachment member 5 which is attached to the resin rear frame 4 and is formed by a sheet metal, the substrate attachment member 5 to which a power source substrate 6a and a signal processing substrate 6b are attached. A rear housing is formed by at least the resin rear frame 4. A draw part 5a is formed at the substrate attachment part 5 formed by the sheet metal. The resin rear frame 4 includes a protruding part 4b corresponding to the draw part 5a at a portion which corresponds to the draw part 5a of the substrate attachment member 5 formed by the sheet metal. |
