PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater which can prevent a control part from getting to higher temperature.SOLUTION: A water heater includes: a combustion chamber 3 in which a burner 2 is arranged; a can body part 1 which is located on the upper side and arranges a heat-exchanging pipe 5 causing combustion gas to pass through an inner part of the pipe; a silencer part and a sub heat-exchanger part which are arranged on the above side of the can body part 1; a neutralizer 9 which neutralizes dew condensation water produced on the sub heat-exchanger part; and a control part 12 comprising a control substrate. Therein, the control part 12 is arranged in the circumferential direction of the can body part 1, the neutralizer 9 is arranged between the control part 12 and the can body part 1 and, therefore, the neutralizer 9 insulates the control part 12 from radiation heat from the can body part 1 and can suppress a temperature rise of the control substrate constituting the control part 12. |
