PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an erroneous report caused by malfunction of a sensor by regarding a safety response by a resident as a base, and not to determine that abnormality occurs even when absence notification is forgotten.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house intercom system comprises: a control apparatus 4 having a function as a body condition confirmation device for performing body condition confirmation on a resident; a room master apparatus 2 having a function for receiving/answering a body condition confirmation signal transmitted from the control apparatus 4; a mobile terminal 6 which is held by the resident, performs communication with the control apparatus 4, and receives/answers the body condition confirmation signal transmitted from the control apparatus; and a management room master apparatus 3 having a function as a display device for displaying an answering state to the performed body condition confirmation. When an answering signal in response to the body condition confirmation signal is received from the mobile terminal 6 or room master apparatus 2, a control unit 47 in the control device 4 performs control of notifying the management room master apparatus 3 of an answering state to be displayed. |
