PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel perfluoropolyether modified polysilazane useful as a surface treatment agent having high reactivity, excellent in water and oil repellency, surface slipperiness and soil wiping-off nature and its manufacturing method, to provide the surface treatment agent containing the polysilazane and an article treated by the same.SOLUTION: There is provided perfluoropolyether modified polysilazane having only silazane unit represented by the formula (1). (1), where Q is a bivalent organic group, p and q are integers of 1 or more, r and s are integers of 0 or more, each repeating unit may be bound randomly and x is an integer of 1 to 3. |
