STATUS BASED REAL TIME MONITORING SYSTEM FOR STEEL CUTTING

The present invention relates to a status based real time steel cutting monitoring system and, more specifically, to a system for monitoring an operation of a CNC cutting tool based on a cutting status and collecting cutting results in real time. The status based real time steel cutting monitoring system according to the present invention manages a cutting tool and is characterized in comprising: a plurality of cutting tools which have output signal detecting units for detecting operation statuses of the cutting tools and display the operation statuses of the cutting tools based on detected data from the output signal detecting unit; a plurality of monitoring modules which collect the detected data corresponding to the respective cutting tools transmitted from the output signal detecting unit and record operation transition statuses of the cutting tools; and a database server which stores cutting result information transmitted from the monitoring module. By using the status based real time steel cutting monitoring system according to the present invention, a pattern of a cutting operation from start to end is analyzed by managing a status based history for the cutting tools.
