摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure intermolecular interaction with high sensitivity and with high accuracy compared to those in a conventional sensor chip.SOLUTION: A sensor chip 12 having a substrate 12a provided with a thin film 12b on a contact face between a sample solution 60 and the substrate 12a is used in a measuring device 1 for intermolecular interaction. The measuring device 1 comprises: a light source 20; a spectrometer 30 configured to detect the spectral intensity of received light; an optical fiber 40A configured to transmit emission light from the light source 20 and to emit it to the sensor chip 12; and a light transmission part 40 having optical fiber 40B configured to transmit reflection light from the sensor chip 12 resulting from the emission light, to the spectrometer 30. In the sensor chip 12, the wavelengthλ[nm] at which the reflectance of the reflection light is the lowest with respect to the wavelengthλ[nm] at which the spectral intensity of the emission light is the highest satisfies (λ-10)≤λ≤(λ+10).
