PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which adhesion between a lower electrode and an upper electrode in a second groove is improved and contact area of both electrodes in the second groove is increased thereby to increase photoelectric conversion efficiency and reliability of the photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises: a lower electrode in which a first lower electrode and a second lower electrode are formed on a substrate at a distance from each other; a photoelectric conversion layer formed from on the first lower electrode through the substrate to above the second lower electrode; and a penetration part which pierces the photoelectric conversion layer at a part on the second lower electrode to be electrically connected to the second lower electrode, in which the penetration part has overhang parts overhanging along the second lower electrode at a lower part of the photoelectric conversion layer. |
