PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a printing film that is a long printing film that has a printed layer by multi-color printing on one surface, and in which generation of a linear salient (bone) resulting from thickness unevenness of the printed layer when being taken up to a roller is effectively prevented.SOLUTION: Plate making data that are made for respective inks of respective colors that form a multi-color printing layer are prepared, based on the plate making data, for respective divided regions of a print unit face having a constant width w in a right angle direction with a print direction, the all colors total gradation value corresponding to the total amount of these inks of respective colors are calculated by image processing, and a temporary graph that shows the total colors total gradation value is made through the total unit face, a corrected graph is made from the temporary graph by that the total gradation value pixel number for a compensation ink is added to respective divided regions so that the total colors total gradation value in respective divided regions may become in a constant range, bone plate data for the compensation ink are made based on the correction graph, a print roller that is made by the plate making data and the bone plate data is used, one face of a long plastic film is consecutively performed by print by an ink of respective inks of respective colors and print by the compensation ink, and is taken up to a roller. |
