<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus configured to effectively prevent toner from being accumulated near a regulation blade in a casing with a simple configuration, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the developing apparatus.SOLUTION: In a developing apparatus 3a, a film member 40 is attached along a longitudinal direction on a top face 37a of a sleeve cover 37 arranged inside a developer container 20. In image forming operation, an idle gear 41 formed of a helical gear is arranged in a first position. A protrusion 41b formed on an outer circumferential surface of the idle gear 41 is separated from a projection piece 40c of the film member 40. When a toner supply roller 30 and a developing roller 31 are rotated reversely in non-image forming operation, the idle gear 41 moves to a second position, the protrusion 41b comes into contact with the projection piece 40c of the film member 40, and the film member 40 vibrates like a string of a stringed instrument.</p> |
