PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control member capable of more reliably controlling vibration of a photoreceptor drum to a constant level or less, and alleviating conditions for the attachment of the member.SOLUTION: A vibration control member includes: a holding member 21 that is a cylindrical member; an oscillation member 22 that is a member having at least a part of which arranged on the inside of the cylindrical holding member; and an elastic member 23 that is a member connecting the oscillation member to the holding member so that the oscillation member can oscillate.
