The present invention avoids wasting resources for PDCCH and PUSCH for transmitting "PDCP status report," even when a "PDCP re-establishment procedure" has been started. This mobile communication method has: a step in which a mobile station (UE) destroys a "PDCP status report #1" and generates a "PDCP status report #2," when a startup trigger for "PDCP re-establishment" is redetected before completing transmission of the "PDCP status report #1"; and a step in which the mobile station (UE) transmits the "PDCP status report #2" to a wireless base station (eNB) after "PDCP re-establishment" is completed. |
