The present invention relates to rice cake to alleviate high blood pressure symptoms and a manufacturing method thereof. The rice cake to alleviate high blood pressure symptoms can treat and alleviate obesity and diabetes by eating ganoderma together which is good in treating diabetes, and artichokes and burdocks which are good in treating obesity when a hypertensive individual casually eats rice cakes as a snack. To achieve this, the present invention provides the manufacturing method for rice cakes which effectively alleviates high blood pressure symptoms by adding materials good to treat high blood pressures and obesity, and conducting obesity-curing treatment at the same time. The manufacturing method of rice cake mixes 36-44 wt% of ganoderma powder to effectively alleviate symptoms of high blood pressures, 9-11 wt% of burdocks and 9-11 wt% of artichokes to effectively treat obesity, 0.2-0.4 wt% of salt, 0.2-2.4 wt% of licorice, and 7-8 wt% of honey into 27-33 wt% of rice powder. |
