PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a date stamp with a lock capable of restraining an increase in the whole cost, and without impairing an impression of an appearance and easiness-to-use, by arranging a lock structure and a height adjustment structure for a printing unit, without largely changing a structure of the date stamp.SOLUTION: A body case 1 is constituted of a main case 7 for storing a printing unit 2 and a cover cylinder 8 for covering an outer surface of the main case 7. The cover cylinder 8 is supported by the main case 7, and can be changed in an attitude to a closing attitude and an opening attitude, and can change a date of the printing unit 2 by operating an adjustment dial 22 exposed to the outside of the main case 7 in the opening attitude. A lock unit 32 is arranged on an end wall of the cover cylinder 8, and that the cover cylinder 8 is operated to the opening attitude, is regulated by the lock structure. An adjuster 54 of a height adjustment structure for the printing unit 2 is arranged around the lock unit 32. A part of the adjuster 54 is exposed to an outer surface of the cover cylinder 8. |
