摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass-producing an easily ingestible viscous solution 15 including a large amount of active bacillus natto, nattokinase, and mucin at low cost.SOLUTION: Water 5a is added to a sticky natto 1 filled in a natto container 3, which is mixed with a nutrient solution 13 including a nutrient for bacillus natto dissolved in water 5b so as to make a mixture. The mixture is agitated with an agitator 7, such that air is included therein. The nutrient includes any one of soybean protein powder, powdered skim milk, and saccharides. The mixture is left standing at a temperature of 30°C to 45°C in atmosphere for 1 hour to 6 hours. A viscous solution 15 is then extracted by filtering the mixture through a sieve 19 of nonwoven cloth during washing with water 5c for separation.</p>
