PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure of a stationary type constant velocity universal joint by simplifying a cage configuration.SOLUTION: The stationary type constant velocity universal joint includes: an inner joint member 10 having a plurality of ball grooves 16 formed in a spherical outer peripheral face 14 in a circumferential direction in an equal interval; an outer joint member 20 having a plurality of ball grooves 26 formed in a spherical inner peripheral face 24 in a circumferential direction in an equal interval; balls 30 interposed between the ball grooves 16 of the inner joint member 10 and the ball grooves 26 of the outer joint member 20 which constitute a pair; and a ball holding member 32 arranged in an inner diameter side of the inner joint member 10, holding the balls 30 on the same plane, and serving as a member substitute for a cage. |
