PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of exactly implanting a puncture needle without damaging the visibility of an ultrasonic image.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device of an embodiment includes: an image processing part; and a display control part. The image processing part generates an ultrasonic image on the basis of echo signal received by an ultrasonic probe. The display control part makes display means display a marker showing the allowable change range of the direction of the puncture needle regulated by a guide mechanism for guiding the puncture needle to a puncture object part together with the ultrasonic image.
