Suction device for treating an ocular disease

The device has a suction ring (1) including a proximal end that is adapted to come into contact against an eye of a patient, where the suction ring comprises a hollow portion. A suction system (5) or educator is connected to hollow portion for suction of air such that the suction ring is able to be fixed near the eye of the patient. The suction system is adapted to generate a light depression ranging between 80 and 150 mm of mercury. A position of the hollow portion is such that the hollow portion is in contact with a zone of the eye.
