A folding utility table includes a table top having a pair of support pedestals pivotally attached. A first pivotal support brace includes a distal end and a proximal end attached to the first support pedestal. A second pivotal support brace includes a distal end and a proximal end attached to the second support pedestal. In addition, the support pedestals may comprise at least one support leg, and each support leg of the first and second support pedestals may be laterally offset from each other so as to permit an offset displacement of the support legs when the support pedestals are disposed in a collapsed position.

1. A table top constructed from molded plastic, the table top comprising:
an upper surface; a lower surface; a hollow interior portion that is at least partially disposed between the upper surface and the lower surface, the upper surface, the lower surface and the hollow interior portion integrally formed during the molding process as part of a unitary, one-piece construction; a first plurality of at least substantially aligned depressions integrally formed in the lower surface of the table top as part of the unitary, one-piece construction, the first plurality of substantially aligned depressions spaced at least substantially proximate and generally parallel to a first outer edge of the table top; and a second plurality of at least substantially aligned depressions integrally formed in the lower portion of the table top as part of the unitary, one-piece construction, the second plurality of substantially aligned depressions spaced at least substantially proximate and generally parallel to a second outer edge of the table top.
