said analogue is selected from the group consisting of [Glu14,His17,Pro37]-pramlintide, [Glu14,His17,His35]-pramlintide, Glu-[Glu14,His17,His35]-pramlintide and [Glu14,Arg17,His35]-pramlintide;wherein the amino acid sequence numbering of the analogue corresponds to the amino acid numbering sequence of SEQ ID No: 2.
