A modular unit for a super high-rise structure of the present invention is formed by coupling a column and a beam. The modular unit includes: a column connection unit having one end part inserted and coupled into a hollow part of a cross-section of the column from the top of the column and the other part protruding from the top of the column; and an outer coupling part formed to have a ��shaped plate and coupled to the outside surface of the connection part of the column and the beam. A connection plate which is integrated with a triangular bracing part in an inner corner of the outer coupling part is coupled to the outer surface of the connection part of the column and the beam. When the modular units are coupled, the column connection unit of the lower column of the modular unit is inserted and coupled into the lower hollow part of the column of the modular unit. The unit can reduce construction error by being vertically coupled, thereby ensuring productivity, ensuring safety, and easily transferring load. The connection plate is coupled to the coupling part between the column and the beam, thereby increasing the lateral force resistance of the entire structure. Therefore, the modular unit can be applied to a super high-rise building by being easily assembled and disassembled by the connection plate which is exposed and is simple in structure of the coupling part between the column and the beam. |
