摘要 The present invention relates to a positioning pipe for tack welding of a nonferrous pipe. Precise positions of a base metal and a base metal to be subjected to tack welding are selected to guide the tack welding. One end is fed into the base metal positioned at one side, and the other end is fed into the base metal positioned at the other side, so that the base metal and the base metal are positioned adjacent to each other horizontally. Therefore, since one end is fed into the base metal positioned at one side, and the other end is fed into the base metal positioned at the other side, so that the base metal and the base metal are positioned adjacent to each other horizontally, the positions of the base metal and the base metal to be subjected to the tack welding can be correctly selected. Also, the inside of the positioning pipe is provided with a sealing groove which is opened at one side, and a side of the positioning pipe is provided with a welding hole which communicates with the sealing groove. Since inert gas is discharged only to the welding portion between the base metal and the base metal through the welding hole, it is possible to prevent a problem of the prior art in that the inert gas is wasted from a gap portion between the base metals which are not subjected to the tack welding. In addition, since the positioning pipe with one closed side is fed into the base metal, the atmosphere is formed around the base metal to be subjected to the tack welding, even though the inside of the base metal is not filled with the inert gas, like the prior art, thereby saving the amount of the inert gas required to form the atmosphere.
