The equipment has a fixed upper ring (1) and a movable lower ring (2) guided by slides (9). The lower ring has a vertical orifice in its lower part. The orifice receives a shouldered axle (10) to allow rotation of load. The axle is pivoted over 360 degree by a crown wheel (11) secured to the axle and mobilized by a remote controlled motor. A hydraulic pusher cylinder (3) with a threaded rod is interposed between the rings. The cylinder has a motorized nut (4) adjusted in height by motorization (5). The nut is screwed or unscrewed on the rod and supported on a barrel of the cylinder.
