Provided are a thermoelectric material including a three-dimensional nanostructure in which at least one two-dimensional nanostructure is connected to a first-dimensional nanostructure, a thermoelectric device and a thermoelectric apparatus comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. A performance coefficient of the thermoelectric material can be improved since scattering of phonon in grain boundaries is increased by including the three-dimensional nanostructure with a new structure.
