PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which suppresses shielding/absorption of light emitted from an LED to the outside and is thus capable of obtaining emission light with good luminance without causing a reduction in optical output.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 400 includes a substrate 101, LED chips 103 mounted on the front surface side of the substrate 101, and a printed resistive element 104 connected in parallel to the LED chips 103. The printed resistive element 104 is formed on the front surface side of the substrate 101. A resin ring member 401 covers ends of a wiring pattern connected to electrodes 107a and 107b for a semiconductor light-emitting element and covers part of wires connected to the ends of the wiring pattern. The printed resistive element 104 is formed below the resin ring member 401. |
